Annual Charge: GBP30.00 + VAT per annum per property
effective from an agreed date. Payment accepted by GBP cheque or bank
transfer.
Administration: Fifteen02 Limited will create a link
to your (the owner's) web site - prospective guests will then be free
to browse and communicate directly on your site. Fifteen02 Limited offers
this service to introduce owners and prospective guests to each other
- all communication/villa rental agreements thereafter will be between
owners and guests. In return, we require a link from your web site back
to our car hire page. As part of this agreement, any car hire booking
made via this link (by you, your guests, friends, relations or other referrals
which commences at any depot in Florida) will earn you commission, payable
by cheque. This link must be an integral part of your web site. Any web
site that does not contain this link will be removed from our web site
without notice, refund or compensation.
Agreement: By using or continuing to use the services
of Fifteen02 Limited, you agree to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer.
You agree to make no misrepresentation regarding the details supplied,
eg your name, email address, ownership or description of the property
(this list is not exhaustive).
Site Availability: Fifteen02 Limited cannot guarantee
that the Fifteen02 Limited web site will be available 100% of the time
(web site development, server interruptions etc. will occasionally result
in downtime). However we will endeavour to keep such interruptions to
a minimum unless outside of our control.

any home submitted at our sole discretion.
